BMP Assembly Guide (TSBX02)
Step 1. Begin assembly of your BMP-2 by glueing the right-hand side tracks to the hull. |
Step 2. Repeat for the left-hand side. |

Step 3. Next, attach the back plate to the rear of the hull. |

Step 4. Glue the top hull piece to the lower assembly.

Step 5. Combine the top and bottom turret pieces. |

Step 6. Attach the main gun to the turret. |

Step 7. Glue the search light in place next to the main gun.
|
Step 8. Your choice of cupola can then be glued in. |

Step 9. With the open cupola selected, a commander can then be glued in. |

Step 10. Next, attach the smoke dischargers to the outside of the turret. |
Step 11. Mount the missile launcher to the top of the turret. |

Step 12. Next, glue in the turret peg. |

Alternatively, you may prefer to glue rare earth magnets into the recess in the hull and to the bottom of the turret. Magnets are a quick and secure way of fixing your turrets to the hulls, but they are a small added expense, which is why the turret peg is provided, leaving the choice up to you.
Rare Earth Magnets (XX105) are available through the online store here... These 1mm x 5mm magnets fit perfectly into the round spaces in the hull and turret.

Step 13. Posititon the turret on top of the hull assembly. |
