Assembling a Leopard 2A5 tank

Step 1. Start by gluing the the left and right side tracks to the lower hull. There are notches to help you correctly align the tracks.		Step 2. Next glue the upper hull top to the main assembly.

Below: The upper hull in the place on the main hull.	Step 3. Attach the rear armour plate to the main hull.

Step 4: Next attach the side skirts.	Each skirt has a rectangular grille which fits into a matching recess on the hull side.	Also make sure that these brackets align neatly with the angle of the front glacis.

Below: the completed hull.	Step 5: Start assembling the turret by gluing the turret bottom to the turret top.

Step 6: Next attach the left side rear turret piece. Note the slots that each peice slots into		Step 7: Next attach right side rear turret.

Step 8: Next glue the rear turret armour peice to the rear of the turret. This should match up with the other two pieces.		Step 9: Now attach your choice of cupola (open or closed) and attach the MG in the slot below.

Below: The cupola and MG in place on the turret.	Step 11: Glue your choice of gun barrel into the slot on the turret. Note that the shorter of the two in the 120mm gun.

Step 12: Glue the peg into the underside of the turret.	Below: The fully assembled Leopard 2A5 tank
