Assembling The Plastic M109
Step 1: Start by gluing the tracks to each side of the lower hull section. Note that there are guides on each side to help place each track correctly.

Step 2. Attach rear hull plate to the rear of the main body.

Step 3. Attach the upper hull to the main hull.
Step 4. Now attach the gun cradle to the front hull. There is a notch on this peice to help you attach.

Step 5. Attach the 155mm gun howitzer to the gun mount. Note there are two different options. The shorter barrel is used for the German M109G. All other nations will use the longer gun barrel.

Step 6. Now attach the upper turret hull to the lower turret piece.

Step 7. Now attach the barrel of your choice to the turret in the slot shown below.

Step 8. Now we will attach the hatch machine-gun to the hatch. You can chose an open or closed hatch. If you are building a German M109G use the left side machine gun, otherwise all others will use the right side machine-gun.

Step 9. Attach your choice of hatch on the turret.

 Step 10. Attach the rear stowage basket to the rear of the turret.

Step 11. Now glue the rear turret hatch.to the stowage basket we have attached to the turret.

Step 11. Now attach your choice of gun sight to the top of the turret in the slot shown below.

Note that if you are building the German M109G you will use the right side image sight.

 Step 12. Now you can attach the optional fuel can stowage to the sides of the turret hull. Repeat this for both sides.

Step 13. With the turret completed you can now attach a plastic turret peg underneath the turret in the location shown below.
